Introduction
Legal knowledge is getting more and more essential for premises and facilities management for places like shopping malls, education and sport facilities or other public spaces.
This training provides an overview of the essential laws concerning the lawful and proper management of such places. Via discussion of lessons learnt from decided cases, the law and practice on areas that those involved need to be alerted to are highlighted.
