PMI PMP Examination Preparation (3-day Training)
The PMP (Project Management Professional) certification offers recognition to practitioners who are working on projects as well as project team members who wish to demonstrate their project management knowledge. This certification denotes that the individual possesses the knowledge in the principles and terminology of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide), the standard of project management generally recognized good practices. Learning objectives
This 2-day course can help participants to develop roadmap to prepare PMP examination in an effective way.
Examination skill will be focused in order to help candidate correctly understand the questions and then provide
corresponding answers. Success rate can be significantly increased. Materials will be based on the current examination content.
