People Management and Coaching Skills for Leaders  (1-day Training)

 

People management is important to motivate and direct employees to optimize workplace productivity and promote professional growth; and the great Leaders become even better by learning more coaching skills.  This course helps you to understand the concepts and theory of people management, gain more insights to motivate people by using coaching skills and techniques for day-to-day leadership.
