The legal landscape of intellectual property is getting more and morecomplicated and demands and expectation over public officers are ever-growing. In view of these, there is a need to enhance the understanding of public officers of key legal issues and practices regarding intellectual property law in Hong Kong which are pertaining to their work.

The aim of this training is to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the necessary legal knowledge and practical skills in relation to the intellectual property law in Hong Kong, and their relevance of the knowledge to their work.
